Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and thorough Office Cleaner to join our team. As an Office Cleaner, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and orderly office environment, contributing to the comfort and productivity of our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize office spaces, including workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, such as desks, countertops, and office equipment.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
  • Clean and restock restrooms with necessary supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or broken fixtures, to the appropriate personnel for repair.
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals appropriately to ensure safety.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked, and request additional supplies as needed.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for office events or meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in office cleaning or janitorial work.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety practices.
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with office staff.
